Published prices are correct at the time of publication, errors and omissions excepted.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT at 20% where applicable.
Focuscraft reserve the right to adjust published prices in line with our suppliers prices when and if necessary & invoice at prices ruling on the day of dispatch
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Focuscraft until paid for in full.
Other Terms
In the event of non payment of an outstanding debt to Focuscraft by a Limited Company or a Limited Liability Partnership, the directors of the Limited Company debtor, or the partners of the Limited Liability Partnership shall become jointly and severally liable personally for the debt and Focuscraft will be entitled to recover the debt from said person or persons.
Claims
All claims relating to damaged goods, shortages, incorrect goods or pricing, should be notified to Focuscraft within 48 hours of receipt of invoice.
